All in all good value and ok accommodations, would stay again if needed.
Host forgot to leave keys in lock box, but as soon as I contacted them. Someone came to meet me at the house within 10 minutes to hand me keys and show me around house. House was nice, comfortable and well stocked with kitchen appliances and ware as well as TP and towels, free WiFi and access to Netflix.. House had front area to park car inside gate but my SUV did not fit. Parked outside on street but did not have any issues. Beds were comfy and loved the 3 bathroms in the house.
House did not have any AC only 2 plug in fans and windows were hard to open due to no twist handle to open window. Able to open windows but it still felt a little warm/stuffy.

Big spaceious place tv wifi fairly clean.
Noisy drunk people next door beer cans all over in morning. Pluming in bathroom a bit bad. Cold no heating.

Very Good
It is nice size
The sheets and bedding were dirty, we killed 4 gigant spiders, something bit my daughter on her hand, and found a thick!! And NO hot water in showers.The kids were scared to stay there after the spiders and they could wash the bedding. Luckily I always take inflatables and my own sheets and towels. The house needs repairs done over all. Needs work to be a rentable safe place.
